We offer a cage-free and restraint-free stay, so your furkids can relax, play, and feel at home — just as they should.

*subject to surcharges of additional $10/night during peak season.
*subsequent dogs are chargeable at an additional $40-$45/night.
FEEDING & WALKS:
Some dogs may experience homesick & refused to eat during the first few days. We will try to maintain your dog's weight as you dropped them off. Diarrhea may occur due to stress caused by being away from home.
We feed them at least twice a day, or as instructed by the owners. Owners are required to provide us with their food as we do not wish to change their diet, causing unnecessary diet or loss of appetite.
We have a huge basket of treats that we tend to spoil the dogs with. We will check if you are comfortable with us feeding them our treats as and when.
We walk them at least 3 times a day (morning, late afternoon, at night before we sleep).
TRANSPORTATION:
We do offer transportation at an additional cost, depending on location, size & number of dogs ($20 - $45 one way).

What kind of environment will your dog be living in?
The property is a landed property with a frontyard and sideyard. Your dogs will have ample spaces to run around. The gate is pretty much secured and gaps are not wide enough for any dogs to squeeze their way out.
Dogs will usually sleep indoors, some even with us in the comfort of the bedroom.
Are there daily updates of your furkid(s) during their stay?
We know your furkid is family, and being apart isn’t always easy.
You’ll receive daily updates through photos, videos, and little notes — so you can see how they’re doing and have peace of mind while you’re away.
MEET-AND-GREET:
You are required to bring your furkid down to our place. This allows us to access your dog's temperament/behavior. This also allows you to check out the environment.
During the meet & greet, we will advise if your dog will be suitable at our place and addressing to each and every of your concerns.
REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL GUESTS:
1) Please ensure that your furkid(s) is on any form of anti-tick/flea treatment before their actual stay. We will do a physical check on all furkids for ticks/flea before they come in and before they go home.
2) All furkids must be healthy and non-aggressive. Before dropping them off, owners are required to inform us of any medical conditions (such as skin issues, ear infection, etc).
3) You can bring your furkid's own bedding, towels and toys. However, we are not liable for any soiled belongings or damages caused by chewing.
4) Your furkid may spend their time sleeping or sulking after heading home. This is normal after having a lot of fun over at ours.
5) If this is your dog's first time with us, while we try to avoid an upset stomach, your dog may experience loose stools when they head home due to change in environment. This is easily solvable with some probiotics or charcoal powder.
