Refunds & Exchange Policy
Returns
Due to the nature of our product, items sold cannot be returned or exchanged, unless damaged or defective. At Snooze For Pooch, we do our best to check each item before they are shipped out to you.
We do not offer a replacement, repair or refund on items because of general wear and tear.
Please contact us with any issues or concerns before placing your order.
Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 7 days. We are happy to offer a replacement, repair or refund depending on the nature of the fault. If the fault cannot be fixed, we will happily offer a replacement or refund.
To be eligible for an exchange/refund, there should be NO dog hair, smell, and/or stains on the item. Items must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
It must also be in the original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Customers are to be held responsible for the return cost.
Process for Exchanges
Please notify us first at snoozeforpooch@gmail.com with a brief explanation of your return and a photo of your defects (if any), along with your order number.
*Please do not send your purchases back to us without a return item number as they cannot be processed.
Once your return is authorized, you will receive the address where you should send your package.
Returns must be sent prepaid, via a trackable carrier. Snooze For Pooch is not responsible for return shipping costs, international duties and taxes, shipping loss, or damage of returned goods.
For refunds, your account will be credited, less any shipping costs, within 7 days of return receipt. You will be emailed a return confirmation at that time.
We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
