Delivery Time

Most orders run on pre-order basis that takes about 1 - 2 weeks to arrive our headquarters. Orders will then be shipped upon arrival as soon as possible. Please only order if you are comfortable. Feel free to contact us first before purchasing.

For orders that are instocks, it will be shipped out within 1 - 3 working days of ordering.  

An email notification will be sent out when your order has been shipped.

For Singapore, delivery should take 1 - 3 working days from date of dispatch to reach you.

For International, delivery varies from 4 - 14 working days. Please refer below for more specific information.

Delivery time is not inclusive of verification and administrative process.

Please take note that shipping fees are EXCLUDING of the custom taxes and fees. If there are any of such fees, customer has to bear the full amount. 

In the event that the package is returned to us due to the customer's error in indicating the incorrect and/or insufficient address, a re-delivery fee would be charged and be payable by the customer. 

While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Snooze For Pooch cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as delays, damaged and lost packages caused by the postal service.
